Right at the start of their first tournament season together, the son of Zardin Firfod bred by us celebrated successes in the arena with his new rider. Ridden by Daniel Wehmeyer, Zardin jr. secured a fifth-place finish at Gut Ettenhausen in Bonn following a fourth-place finish in Lohmar-Hausdorp. In the Intermediate I class, our two horses placed sixth and seventh. Both horses were presented very harmoniously by their trainer, Kristine Moller-Engel/LUX, and put in great performances in Hagen. Bon Gregoria PS OLD, a daughter of Bon Bravour, secured her second international placement right on the heels of yesterday’s ribbon in the Prix St. Georges. And our Sezuan son, Señor, also put on an impressive performance, trotting his way to seventh place in the Intermediate I.

Isabell Werth and her horse Wendy won the CDIO Grand Prix in commanding fashion with a score of 81.051 percent. Despite a very costly mistake in the two-horse changes, once again no one could get past the Sezuan daughter and Isabell Werth.
