Crozet/FRA: Wendy wins gold for Germany

The Sezuan daughter made a decisive contribution to the team gold medal at the European Championships.

Wendy de Fontaine and Isabell Werth contributed 79.224 percent to the German team's total score of 229.644 percent, and the pair took second place in the individual Grand Prix standings.

This bodes well for the 11-year-old black mare, bred by Kurst Gosmer, ahead of the first individual competition on Friday in the Grand Prix Special.
